Hattie Bags is our nutrition program. 10% of households in Georgia are without adequate food for one or more of their household members due to a lack of resources. Sign up required for our food delivery program.

Community Health

Health assessments | Medical referrals & education

Licensed competent and professional staff offer mental and physical health screenings for the entire family, including screenings for children at risk of chronic illness and obesity.
