Men's Health Education Session

Our education sessions help all in attendance no matter the age, about a variety of ways to care for yourself and live healthy. These monthly session are held in a group setting to create a safe space for discussions.  HELP FROM HATTTIE provides answers to common questions about how to reduce chronic illness risks, manage medications and where to get needed services for affordable prices or free of charge.
